'Deadpool 2's Ryan Reynolds Fires Back at 'Teen Titans Go!'

'Deadpool 2's Ryan Reynolds Fires Back at 'Teen Titans Go!'

While fan reaction to the Twitter jab didn't go over particularly well with fans - many responded that Deadpool 2 looked far better than Teen Titans GO! "Like Deadpool, Ranveer, too, is known for his smart, witty and irreverent humour". The studio was in a search of a star who would resonate with Deadpool's personality.

The "Padmaavat" actor has been finalised to lend his voice to the Hindi version of adult superhero film starring Ryan Reynold. Deadpool is seen as more of an antihero, who is not good like other Marvel superhero, and is instead violent and has objectionable morals. "He's a hugely daring and powerhouse actor and we absolutely relished having him on board for our biggest super-hero film". So when Ranveer Singh, India's coolest, funniest and most popular young superstar dubs as Deadpool's voice in India, truly fun and cool stuff was expected to happen.

"Although reports earlier suggested that Singh had declined Fox Star Studios" offer to dub for Deadpool 2, considering he was busy shooting for his film "Gully Boy" but eventually the makers have made their wish materialise.

In the initial drafts of the script for Deadpool 2, out May 18, star Ryan Reynolds revealed to EW for this week's cover story that he and cowriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick envisioned Deadpool as a dad. However, it has been learned that the dates were subsequently worked out to accommodate Singh.

As is now expected of Deadpool 2's marketing tactics, the poster is a hilarious, reference filled piece of promotional material but the hand drawn style elevates the image from being a simple gag to a genuinely interesting and attractive film poster.
