With the smartphone market in India burgeoning with new users and increasing demands, it will be interesting to see whether Samsung's new Galaxy J6 manages to woo the customers. The main attraction of Galaxy J6 (2018) is the integration of Infinity Display coupled with thin bezels and 18:9 aspect ratio.

We already know that the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6 Plus smartphones feature Infinity displays and the Galaxy J4 and Galaxy J6 are also expected to come with Infinity displays as well.

The "Notify Me" registration page has also gone live on Samsung India's website, and, it shows the bottom portion of the Galaxy J6 that has a micro USB port (meh), primary microphone, and, a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The company is expected to release the device with several RAM+storage configurations.

The Samsung Galaxy A6 and the A6 Plus are mid-range devices and they are expected to be priced between Rs 20,000 - Rs 25,000.

The Galaxy J4 (2018) will run Android 8.0 Oreo with the Samsung Experience. It will be powered by an Exynos 7570 (with a quad-core processor) with 2 GB or 3 GB of RAM and will get 16/32 GB of storage.

While the rear camera will have a 13MP sensor, the front-facing camera bears an 8MP sensor with LED Flash. The Galaxy J-series will likely continue with the S-Bike mode, Ultra Data-Saving mode as well when it comes to India.
