Eminem drops surprise album "Kamikaze"

Eminem drops surprise album

Eminem has surprised released a new album, Kamikaze, this morning.

The opening track, "The Ringer", sets the tone of the 13-track album, as an angry Slim Shady declares, "I feel like I wanna punch the world in the f***ing face right now".

In a freestyle rap released previous year, Eminem called the president a "kamikaze that will probably cause a nuclear holocaust", adding that "racism's the only thing" Trump is "fantastic for".

It's 2018, and Eminem has just dropped a song peppered with homophobic slurs. Former friend and Slaughterhouse member Joe Budden gets sniped at on "Fall" in retaliation for a harsh review of Revival single "Untouchable" late past year.

While Eminem makes clear he hasn't changed his mind about the president, it seems he is a little anxious that his "line in the sand" comment may have irreparably hurt his already dwindling fan base.

He said: "That word, those kind of words, when I came up battle-rappin' or whatever, I never really equated those words".

"How do I say this?" he raps on Fall.

"You witnessing massacre like you watching a church gathering taking place-looking boy / 'Oy vey, that boy's gay, ' that's all they say looking-boy".

The title track serves as a classic diss track, and specifically comes for Tyler the Creator at one point (which is hardly surprising given Tyler's past criticism of Eminem).

"I see why you called yourself a faggot, bitch".

People are really into rappers dissing each other.
