Lukaku: Pogba happy without Mourinho, atmosphere has improved under Solskjaer

United edged out Leicester 1-0 in their most recent outing, with in-form Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford combining for the only goal of the game, and are now just two points adrift of the Premier League's top four.

The report adds that Herrera is keen on extending his stay at Old Trafford despite interest from his former club Athletic Bilbao.

Pogba had a strained relationship with previous manager Jose Mourinho, but the Frenchman has impressed since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was placed in caretaker charge.

Herrera believes the Premier League is too unpredictable for United to continue the run until May but, ahead of key clashes against Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Liverpool before the end of the month, the midfielder said they can win against anyone.

Rashford scored the only goal of the game early on at the King Power Stadium as he netted his ninth goal of the season in the Premier League for the Red Devils.

He said: "It will be a big mistake if we think further than Fulham".

"I'm very happy with my moment in the team, but I can not go insane with that".

The 29-year-old is now a regular starter in a three-man midfield with Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic.

"My argument was that it was easy for whoever came in after that to right the ship, and lift the players and the dressing room - and put the whole club back on track", he said.

The Brazilian endured a hard six months under Mourinho and confided in Manchester City ace Fernandinho about his early struggles in the north-west.

"[Pogba] is happy. In training, he is told all the time: 'Paul, we see you happy!' And after he laughs. The best way to prepare for the PSG game is to try and win away at Fulham and that's the way I think".

"They want to take their opportunity and during matches we know that each player knows that the most important thing is the team and we know that it is that attitude that will take us to the top".
