Police Searching for Escaped Prisoner in Conroe; Considered Extremely Dangerous

The prisoner who is being held on three pending murder charges escaped from a private prisoner transport vehicle on the north side of Conroe, according to an article by the Montgomery County Police Reporter.

Cedric Marks escaped during a prisoner transport from MI to Texas, when the van stopped at a McDonald's.

Marks was being taken from a prison in MI after being captured by US Marshals on a warrant for burglary of a home. The two were last seen alive on January 4 before their bodies were found in Clearview, Okla., on January 15. He was wearing an orange jumpsuit and restraints when he fled. 264th District Court Judge Paul LePak in Bell County denied her request.

Scott, who sought a protective order against Marks, filed a complaint against him after an incident reportedly occurred in August 2018 at her home in the 7700 block of Redbrush.

Marks was arrested in MI last month after allegedly breaking into Ms Scott's home in Temple, north of Austin.

Dramatic video has emerged showing Texas sheriff's deputies take into a custody an MMA fighter, Cedric Marks (circled), who is suspected of double murder.

April Pease, the mother of Marks' son, disappeared on March 17, 2009, the local newspaper reported.

Marks was en route to Bell County by Texas Prisoner Transport Services from Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he had been arrested by U.S. Marshalls for burglary with intent to commit another felony, Conroe Police Lt. Dorcy McGinnis said in a media Conference. KCEN-TV said Maxwell is accused of taking Swearingin's auto to Austin in an attempt to hide it.

Officials say that Cedric Marks has been apprehended, hours after his initial escape.

Another Marks ex-girlfriend is also missing.

Ms Pease alleged that Marks had choked her unconscious on more than one occasion.

Ginell McDonough (left), 37, who is Marks' wife and the mother of two of his two children, is jailed in Muskegon County, Michigan, on an obstruction of justice charge.

She was accused of allowing Marks and Maxwell to stay in her home between January 5 and January 9.

Maya Maxwell was charged with evidence tampering and jailed in Texas on a $US150,000 ($209,880) bond. His last fight was in September of a year ago.
